Return Policy
All items are FINAL SALE at this time. We will not be accepting returns or exchanges unless the item arrives to you defective or damaged from the manufactuer.
Returns are managed through Printful: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273. This address should be used only for product returns. All other types of correspondence (notices, letters, etc.) sent to our address will be returned to the sender, as we're not legally permitted to open correspondence that's not addressed to us.
If something arrives damaged, please send us an email at laurenandandyphotography@gmail.com with subject heading DAMAGED PRODUCT. In the email include a photo of the damaged goods and order number. We will then send a claim to support@printful.com. They will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
